Zwiebel-Speck Kuchen

Gestern konnte ich meinen Freund wieder einmal dazu motivieren, zu kochen...
Natürlich musste ein Rezept her, welches schnell zubereitet ist und dennoch mega lecker ist. Wenn ich meinen Freund schon motivieren konnte, wollte ich ihm das Kochen nicht vermiesen und habe deshalb etwas simples gesucht. Das passt mir auch, denn wenn man nicht viel dreckig macht, gibt es auch weniger zum Abwaschen. Ich hasse es, das Geschirr von Hand zu spülen und zu trocknen. Ja, in dieser Hinsicht bin ich faul...
Auf chefkoch.de habe ich folgendes Rezept gefunden: Zwiebel-Speck Kuchen
Mit dem Resultat waren wir vollkommen zufrieden, dieser Kuchen schmeckte uns echt gut:D
Um das Ganze abzurunden, gab es dazu noch Salat. 
Mein Freund hat sich dieses Riesenstück gegönnt:D
Natürlich ist es keine Meisterleistung aber wenigstens haben wir selber gekocht. Ich kenne tatsächlich Menschen, die nicht gerne kochen... Ich kann das einfach nicht verstehen. Es gibt so viele tolle Rezepte da draussen, für jede Gelegenheit. Man muss nicht immer stundenlang in der Küche stehen, wenn es schnell gehen muss, kann man auch solche Rezepte nachkochen...

Yesterday I did motivate my boyfriend to cook...
Of course I was searching for a recipe, which was served quick and tastes great. Well since I managed to motivate him, I didn't want to ruin it an picked a veeery simple recipe. For me that's ok too, because if you make less dishes dirty, you have to clean less afterwards. I really don't like doing the dishes and yes, I am lazy...
On chefkoch.de I found the following recipe: Onion-Bacon Cake
We were happy with the result and tought, that this cake tastes great:D
We ate salad with it.
This is the big piece, which my boyfriend got:D
Of course this is not a masterpiece but at least we cooked something. I know some people, who don't like to cook at all and I just can't understand it. I mean, there are so many great recipes out there for every occasion. I don't think that one has to stay in the kitchen for ages, if the meal needs to be served quickly you can always cook something like this cake...
